We had an excellent experience with Ride in Limo. We booked their service for a trip from Napa to Morgan Hill, and our driver, Rafat, stayed with us for approximately eight hours. He was extremely professional, punctual, friendly, and accommodating throughout the entire day.

The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and Rafat made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. He was patient with our schedule and provided outstanding service from beginning to end.

I highly recommend Ride in Limo, and especially Rafat, to anyone looking for reliable and professional transportation. We will definitely use their service again!

I’ve used Ride in Limo multiple times now, and they have been absolutely fantastic every single time. Whether it’s been a break-of-dawn pickup for a golf trip to Monterey or a night out in the city, they have always been prompt, reliable, professional, and incredibly courteous.

What I appreciate most is the peace of mind. I never have to wonder if they’ll be on time or if everything will go smoothly — they’re always there when they say they will be, and the service is consistently excellent.

It’s rare to find a car service that you can trust this much, and Ride in Limo has become my go-to. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, professional, and genuinely great service. Looking forward to the next ride!

Have an annual contract with Rafat and Ride in limo going on 3 years. Service has been excellent. Rafat is fast to respond to last minute requests, is always 10 mins early and is flexible when length of wait is uncertain. All things that I deem to be important with constantly changing schedules. Was able to negotiate a min hours per month agreement at a very good rates. What I appreciate the most is Rafat knows his way around the bay area and I can always trust him to get me to my location swiftly.
